Cordis Capital is a West Michigan-based financial sponsor and strategic advisory firm. We seek control equity investments in lower mid-market companies where our experience and resources can be employed to drive shareholder value and capital gains. We resist reacting to short-term market fluctuations and are steadfastly focused on creating long-term shareholder value.
The heart of our investment philosophy is providing outstanding management teams the support and resources they need to accelerate earnings growth. We work closely with portfolio company management teams to develop strategic plans and establish clear governance procedures to support healthy, value creating ecosystems. We introduce effective boards made up of retired, successful operating executives.
Our leadership team, senior advisers, and industry contacts are seasoned operating and investment executives, experienced in working with portfolio company management teams to design and implement initiatives to drive optimal returns on invested capital.
Investment Structure
Cordis Capital makes equity investments in established companies. Depending on the investment opportunity, Cordis may use entirely its own capital, its network of family offices and high net worth individuals (HNWI's), or bring in other well qualified equity partners.
